Connect to the Energy Within.

Expand your energy field learning how to work (guide/direct/influence) the energy within.

During our busy lives we create and transmit thoughts, emotions, and feelings. We can also create blockages and barriers that hold us down and with time create illness. We are transmitting and receiving energy 24/7, consequently we are also attracting and holding energy that does not belong to us.

Some of the energy retained could be low energy frequencies (energy worms of different forms and sizes and/or attachments of different kinds).

Through breathing exercises, intentional movements, and somatic techniques we will explore what it means to be Energy Beings occupying a human body. We’ll learn how to cleanse our field and work the energy within.

This event is a 3 hour workshop with a 1 hour meditation.

Itinerary:

Learn how to cleanse and expand your energy field, practice visualization, create energy balls, learn how to protect your energy and much more…

Amenities:

· Indulge in a healing frequency circle and synchronized chanting with other Energy Beings and musical instruments.

· Appetizers and drinks: We will enjoy delicious finger food entries and drinks after being blessed by the group.

· Hape- Will be available for those who would like to experience it. Hape is a revered Amazonian medicinal plant (contains tobacco) commonly used by shamans for traditional sacred ceremonies, known for promoting healing, spiritual connection and personal growth.
